Your information of delivery:

* We need your full name, address, post code and telephone number. Please be advised that you can receive your package with your information you register in our online store, and PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipment.

* Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and contact number.

* Please allow 1-3 days for delivery of your item.

* We will send you your tracking number after delivery.


The status of your order:

* If you can not check the status of your package with your tracking number, please contact us by email. We will respond to you as soon as possible. In normal, it needs three days for the express delivery to send your package to the airport.

* Normally we use EMS as shipping method. But for some counties, we will use DHL as shipping method. We promise you can receive your package with the fastest shipment method.


Non-delivery or wrong:

* We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

* If you refused to sign for your order, we charged 30% fee as a handle. If the package has been restored after several unsuccessful delivery (because of your absence or your incorrect or incomplete shipping address to us), we will need 30% delivery costs.


For customers who do not receive your package within 20 business days:

* Please contact the local post office as soon as possible. Still, you can check with the local post office directly with your identity card or other valid certificate and copy of the information so that you can print when connected to your registered account on our site.

* If you were not at home when the mailer called you to sign for your package, your package will be sent to your nearest post office. Please remember to go to the post office to sign for your order. Of course, we will also inform you the status of your package.
